The 21st OpenFOAM® Workshop will be held at the Vila Flor Cultural Centre, in Guimarães, Portugal, from June 29th – July 3rd, 2026. It will be hosted by the Institute of Polymers and Composites from the University of Minho.
Since its inception in 2006, the OpenFOAM® Workshop has attracted a large group of users and developers from both industry and academia, who are interested in OpenFOAM® Technology, which currently covers a wide range of applications.
The OpenFOAM® Workshop is open to everyone, regardless of their background or area of activity.
The OpenFOAM® Workshop will include several training courses at different levels of OpenFOAM®. These courses are designed for beginners and experienced users and developers, and will be taught by experts and programmers in OpenFOAM® technology.
The OpenFOAM® Workshop is the ideal forum to:
- Present and learn about the latest developments and capabilities of OpenFOAM® Technology;
- Exchange views and experiences regarding advancements in OpenFOAM® Technology;
- Connect with other OpenFOAM® users and programmers who share similar interests and explore potential collaborations;
- Receive training in OpenFOAM® Technology;
- Learn how to contribute to OpenFOAM® Technology and engage with the community that utilizes it.
